Introduction:
ZDSL FIS (Fiber Inventory System) mobile application enables user to capture Who, What, Why, Where, When in the field.
1) User create label scans targeting the physical outside plant components of cable, cabinets, distribution points, ODF, FTB, OLT, switches, routers.
2) User uses FIS app also to upload bulk photo attached with geolocation information, and bulk trace files to Cloud.
3) FIS app is integrated with Zendesk for NOC (Network Operations Center) to alert user through Zendesk app by providing Trouble Ticket dispatch to FIS app, which will require user to update NOC of their work status by sending field reports using FIS app.
